A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO EXECUTE A FY 2000 PROJECT A~H~EEMENT
FOR USE OF
CO~9~)NWEALTHMASS TRANSIT FUNDS
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on September 14, 1999, that the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fairfax, a FY2000 Project
Agreement for the use of Mass Transit Funds,
including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable
to the City Manager and approved as to form by
the City Attorney.
