A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO ANAGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE
COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA DEPARTWI~qT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE ACCOTINK
GATEWAY CONNECTOR ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
PROJECT (NFO)EN95-151-127,PE-101, PE-102, C-501
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on January 27, 1998, that the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with
the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of
Transportation for the Accotink Gateway Connector
Enhancement Project, Project (NF0)EN95-151-127,
PE-101, PE-102, C-501, including any amendments
thereto, provided that the Agreement and the
amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and
approved as to form by the City Attorney.
