A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGRE~ BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND ATCS, P.L.C.,
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
CUE BUS STOP ACCESSIBILITY STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia at its regular City
Council meeting on March 24, 1998, that the City
Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with
ATCS, P.L.C., (hereinafter called ATCS),
including any amendments thereto, provided that
the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable
to the City Manager and approved as to form by
the City Attorney.
