RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF DAMON P. HARWOOD, BY
CARSON LEE FIFER, ATTORNEY, FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO
CHAPTER 26 OF THE CITY CODE ON THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 10302 &
10304 EATON PLACE, AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX
MAP PARCEL 47-4-((2))-(2)-3&4.
WHEREAS, Damon P. Harwood has submitted application No. SE-226-98-1
requesting a Special Exception to modify the requirements of City Code Section 26-
39.4(b)(3)1 to allow the provision of 6,500 square feet of additional storage space,
ancillary to the office use, without providing additional parking; and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed Special Exception is
appropriate because the proposal meets the requisites established by City of Fairfax Code
Section 26-39.7 and Section 26-103(c);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax on this 26th day of May, 1998, that Application No. SE-226-98-1 be and hereby
is APPROVED with the condition that the 6,500 square feet of additional space be limited
to storage as a use ancillary to the office uses within the building.
