A RESOLUTIONADOPTING THE INTERJURISDICTIONAL
FUNDING AGREEMENT FOR BUS SERVICE AND WMATA
REHABILITATION ANDREPLACEMENT PROGRAM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO SIGN THE AGREEMENT FOR AND ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia, at its regular City
Council meeting on June 23, 1998, hereby adopts
the Interjurisdictional Funding Agreement for
Bus Service and WMATA Rehabilitation and
Replacement Program, and further, the Mayor is
hereby authorized to sign the Agreement, for and
on behalf of the City of Fairfax, provided all
amendments are acceptable to the City Manager
and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
