REPORTS FROM BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
WHEREAS, the practice of providing reports from boards and commissions
useful in providing information to Council,
has beer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL:
1. Hereby requests that each City board and commission provide an annual report to th~
City Council;
2. Hereby requests that annual reports shall generally not exceed five pages in length; and
3. Summary notes or minutes of the various boards and commissions shall be provided tc
the Council each month.
