A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITYOF FAIRAX, VIRGINIA AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF
VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF GEORGE MASON BOULEVARD,
PROJECT U000-151-V05, PE-101, RW-201, C-501, STP 5401 (349)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the
Agreement between the City of Fairfax, Virginia and the Commonwealth of
Virginia Department of Transportation, for the construction of George Mason
Boulevard, Contract I, designated as Project U000-15 l-V05, PE- 101, RW-201,
C-501, STP 5401 (349), as presented at this meeting, is hereby approved and the
city manager is authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the city.
