RESOLUTION NO. R-97-23
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF CELLULAR
ONE, BY MIKE MAUS, DIRECTOR OF REAL ESTATE, FOR A
SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO CHAPTER 26 OF THE CITY CODE ON
THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 9780 MAIN STREET AND MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP PARCEL 58-3-(92))-
28C.
WHEREAS, Cellular One, by Mike Maus, Director of Real Estate, has
submitted Application SE-200-97-1 requesting a special exception pursuant to Section
26-112.1 to modify the minimum building setback requirements of Section 26-112 to
allow a ten-foot front yard and ten-foot side setback,
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the application with respect to the
criteria contained in the City of Fairfax Code Section 26-103(c), and has determined
that the proposed special exception is appropriate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax on this 24th day of June 1997, that Application SE-200-97-1 be and hereby is
APPROVED.
