RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF PAUL VI HIGH
SCHOOL, BY ROBERT L. HUMPHREY, SECRETARY, FOR A
SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO CHAPTER 26 OF THE CITY CODE ON
THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 10675 LEE HIGHWAY, ZONED C-2,
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP PARCEL
57-1-((2))-112.
WHEREAS, Paul VI High School by Robert L. Humphrey, Secretary, has filed
an application for a special exception in accordance with the provisions of Section 26-
173(0 of the City Code to allow modification of the minimum side yard requirements of
Section 26-173(c),
WHEREAS, City Council has considered the application with respect to the
criteria contained in the City of Fairfax Code Section 26-103(c), and has determined that
the proposed special exception is appropriate,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by City Council of the City of
Fairfax on this 24th day of June, 1997, that the requested special exception as proposed
by application SE-194-97-1, be and hereby is APPROVED.
