19970722 r-97-34RESOLUTION NO. R-gT=34 RESOLUTION TO APPROVE WITH CONDITIONS THE REQUEST OF APC REALTY, BY REGINA C. MURRAY, AGENT, FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS OF SECTION 26- 12(b) OF THE CITY CODE ON THE PREMISES KNOWN AS 9780 MAIN STREET AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP PARCEL 58-3-(92))-28C. WHEREAS, APC Realty, by Regina C. Murray, Agent, has submitted Application V-1125-97-1 requesting a variance to the City Code Section 26-225 to allow nine panel antennas to be attached to the top of the City of Fairfax's existing Lyndhurst water tower; WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed variance is appropriate because the proposal meets the requisites established by City of Fairfax Code Section 26-220(b); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax on this 22nd day of July 1997, that Application V-1125-97-1 be and hereby is APPROVED subject to the following conditions: The applicant shall submit final construction drawings for review and approval by the Director of Utilities prior to approval of any permits for construction; The applicant shall provide the plant materials shown on the plan, in coordination with the plans for AT&T and Cellular One, in locations to be determined by the Board of Architectural Review; All structural members that connect the antennas to the tank shall be located toward the air vent from the cable bridge; and All drawings shall be revised to show the dimensions of AT&T ground- level concrete pad and the Cellular One shelter as 12 feet by 20 feet and APC's concrete pad as no greater than 12 feet by 20 feet.
