A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE
COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE PURCHASE AND
INSTALLATION OF BUS SHELTERS PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, at its regular
City Council meeting on September 9, 1997, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Commonwealth of
Virginia Department of Transportation for the Purchase and Installation of Bus Shelters
Project, including any amendments thereto, provided that the Agreement and the
amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to form by the City
Attorney.
