A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND
THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE
ACCOTINK GATEWAY CONNECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia at its regular City Council meeting on July 23, 1996, that
the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the
City of Fairfax, an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia
Department of Transportation for the Accotink Gateway Parkway,
Enhancement Project (NFO) EN95-151-127, PE-101, PE-102, C-501,
Federal Project TEA-5151, including any amendments thereto,
provided that the Agreement and the amendments are acceptable to
the City Manager and approved as to form by the City Attorney.
