A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE. CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND Tl:[E
COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
STREET LIGHTS ON ROUTE 123 BETWEEN JUDICIAL DRIVE
AND THE SOUTH CITY LINE
PROJECT EN94-151-V47-PE-101, PE-102, C-501
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Faiffax,
Virginia at its regular City Council meeting on November 26, 1996, that the
City Manager is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the City of Fairfax,
an Agreement with the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of
Transportation for the installation of street lights on Route 123 between
Judicial Drive and the south city line, Project EN94-151-V47-PE-101, PE-102,
C-501, including any amendments thereto, provided that the Agreemem and the
amendments are acceptable to the City Manager and approved as to form by
the City Attorney.
