A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA,
AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF ROUTE 29/50 BETWEEN
DRAPER DRIVE AND EATON PLACE, PROJECT 0029-151-103, C-501
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Fairfax
that the Agreement between the City of Fairfax, Virginia, and the
Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Transportation, for the
improvement of a portion of Route 29/50 between Draper Drive and
Eaton Place, Project 0029-151-103, C-501, as presented at the
regular City Council meeting September 12, 1995, is hereby approved
and the city Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf
of the city.
