ADOPTION OF ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of conducting its meetings in
an efficient and legal manner;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council hereby adopts
Roberts Rules of Order, 1990 edition. These rules shall apply
except in cases in which they are inconsistent with the procedures
of Council.
