A RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISIONS TO DOCUMENTS
REGARDING A PLAN OF LEASE FINANCING WITH THE
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, ANDAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FACILITY
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on September 13, 1994, City
Council adopted Resolution No. R-94-35 entitled "A Resolution
Approving a Plan of Lease Financing with the Industrial Development
Authority of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, and an Economic
Development Facility", and
WHEREAS, by such Resolution the City Council also approved the
form of the documents for such financing, including the Preliminary
Official Statement, the Lease Agreement, the Trust Agreement and
the Assignment Agreement; and
WHEREAS, such documents have been revised as reflected in the
Preliminary Official Statement dated October 3, 1994, and the
drafts of the documents accompanying this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, the revisions to such documents are also described
in "An Update of Financing Plan for Acquisition of Sipan and Logan
Properties, dated October 4, 1994."
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX,
VIRGINIA:
The revisions to the documents approved by the City Council
in Resolution R-94-35 are hereby approved.
