RESOLUTION TO REFER ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council initiate and refer to the
Planning Commission for public hearing and recommendation, and
report to the City Council thereon not later than January 17, 1995,
the attached proposed zoning text amendment to Article XVII
Historic Overlay Districts, Division 2 Old Town Historic District
regulations, Section 26-209.2(4) to delete the delivery service
prohibition for fast food restaurants operating with Special Use
Permits in the Old Town Fairfax Historic District.
