A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF THE ARMY-
NAVY COUNTRY CLUB, BY GEN. MICHAEL S. DAV1DSON
AND CAPT. W. SPENCER JOHNSON, IV, FOR A SPECIAL
EXCEPTION TO CITY CODE SECTION 26-19.3 TO ALLOW
EXPANSION OF A PORTION OF THE GOLF COURSE INTO THE
RPA ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3318 OLD LEE HIGHWAY.
WHEREAS, Army-Navy Country Club, Inc. by Gen. Michael S.
Davidson and Capt. W. Spencer Johnson, IV, has submitted application
No. SE 109-93-1 requesting a special exception pursuant to §26-19.3 of the
City Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed
special exception is appropriate and meets the applicable review criteria,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia, that Application No. SE-109-93-1 be and hereby is
approved.
