A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA,
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF CHAIN BRIDGE
ROAD BETWEEN JUDICIAL DRIVE AND
UNIVERSITY DRIVE DESIGNATED AS ROUTE
123, PROJECT 0123-151-104, PE-101, RW-
201, C-501.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax that the Agreement between the City of Fairfax,
Virginia and the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of
Transportation, for the improvement of a portion of Chain
Bridge Road between Judicial Drive and University Drive,
designated as Route 123, Project 0123-151-104, PE-101, RW-
201, C-501, as presented at this meeting, is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement on
behalf of the City.
