QUARTERLY REPORTS
WHEREAS, the practice of providing quarterly reports has been
useful in providing information to Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL:
1. Hereby requests that every board, commission and city
department provide a quarterly report to the City Council; and
2. Hereby requests that quarterly reports shall generally be of
one typewritten page.
