A RESOLUTION DELETING THE CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVE
ON THE BOARD OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW
WHEREAS, by resolution No. R-90-17, the City Council added
a City Council liaison to the Board of Architectural Review to
act in an ex-officio, non-voting capacity; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to no longer
have a City Council liaison on the Board of Architectural
Review;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council for the City
of Fairfax that the membership of the City of Fairfax Board of
Architectural Review be decreased to exclude the City Council
representative.
