A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA, AND THE COMMONWEALTH OF
VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF A PORTION OF LEE HIGHWAY BETWEEN
FAIRFAX CIRCLE AND THE NORTH CITY LINE DE-
SIGNATED AS ROUTE 29, PROJECT 0029-151-104,
PE-101, RW-201, C-501
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that
the Agreement between the City of Fairfax, Virginia, and the
Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Transportation, for the
improvement of a portion of Lee Highway between Fairfax Circle and
the north city line, designated as Route 29, Project 0029-151-104,
PE-101, RW-201, C-501, as presented at the regular City Council
meeting November 24, 1992, is hereby approved and the City Manager
is authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City.
ADOPTED this 24th day of November, 1992.
