RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL CHILD CARE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX AND
FAIRFAX COUNTY TO PROVIDE FOR REGULATION OF
CHILD CARE PROVIDERS IN THE CITY OF FAIRFAX.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby authorizes the
city Manager to execute an Intergovernmental Child Care Agreement
between the City of Fairfax and Fairfax County to provide for
regulation of child care providers in the City of Fairfax.
ADOPTED THIS 12th day of March, 1991.
