WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expand the composition
of the Board of Architectural Review (BAR) by adding a member of
the City Council thereto;
WHEREAS, by this resolution, the City Council desires to
appoint an ex-officio member to the BAR;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL THAT:
1. A position is hereby established on the BAR for a member
of the City Council. Such member shall be appointed by the Council
and shall serve as an ex-officio member of the BAR. The term of
such member shall coincide with the term which such member serves
on the City Council. Such member shall not be counted to establish
a quorum, shall not have the right to vote, and shall not be
eligible to hold an office on the BAR.
2. The City Council hereby appoints City Councilman Gene P.
Moore to serve as the ex-officio member for the City Council to the
BAR for a term expiring on June 30, 1990.
