BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the Agree-
ment between the City of Fairfax and the Virginia Department of Transportation
on the Pickett Road Extended Project, Project No. UO00-151-103, PE-lO1, C-501,
as presented at this meeting, is hereby approved and the City Manager is
authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the City.
