BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax that the
Agreement between the City of Fairfax and the Virginia Department of
Transportation on the Route 236 Improvement Project, Project Number 0236-
151-102, PEi01, C-501, as presented to this meeting, is hereby approved
and the City Manager is authorized to sign the Agreement on behalf of the
City.
