A RESOLUTION REFERRING ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS TO THE PLANNING
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 15.1-493 of the Code
of Virginia, the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia does
hereby refer the following zoning text amendments to the Planning
Commission for public hearing and recommendations, following
disposition of those amendments by the Zoning Review Committee:
1. Multi-Family Residential District Regulations;
2. Tree Protection/Replacement Regulations;
3. Outdoor Lighting Regulations;
4. Regulations Pertaining to Nonconforming Uses in the C-
2 District;
5. Provisions for Civil Penalties for Zoning Violations.
