RESOLUTION NO. R-89-25
RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON WILLIAM PLACE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures
for Local Assessment Projects" on June 10, 1967, amended June
17, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been
notified of certain proposed improvements and the amount to
be assessed a~ainst them for such improvements, and a public
hearing held in accordance with law and adopted policies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of
Public Works take the necessary action to proceed with the
construction of a storm drainage improvement project on
William Place to include curb and gutter and driveway
entrances.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected abutting property
listed below be assessed an amount computed in accordance with
adopted policies not to exceed the estimated amount shown:
