A RESOLUTION TO DENY THE REQUEST OF FULTON R. GORDON,
III, GENERAL PARTNER, FAIRFAX OAKS II PARTNERSHIP, TO
AMEND AND REORDAIN THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
FAIRFAX BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP TO RECLASSIFY FROM R-
2 TO RPD WITH PROFFERS PROPERTY LOCATED ON 9621 AND 9631
RIDGE AVENUE AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP
48-3((8)), PARCELS 8 & 9.
WHEREAS, Fulton R. Gordon, III, General Partner, has submitt~
application No. Z-733-89-2 requesting a rezoning from R-2 to
with proffers for a parcel of land, consisting of 2.1397 acre
located at 9621 and 9631 Ridge Avenue.
WHEREAS, City Council has carefully
