RESOLUTION REFERRING ZONING TEXT AMENDMENTS
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED that, pursuant to Section 15.1-493 of the
Code of Virginia, the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, does hereby refer the following zoning text amendments
to the Planning Commission for public hearing and recommenda-
tion, following evaluation and recommendation of those amend-
ments by the Zoning Review Committee:
BAR, Historic District and Architectural Control District
Regulations;
Special Exception Regulations;
Rental Occupancy Regulations;
R-l, R-2, and R-3 District Regulations;
"Housekeeping'' Modifications to Miscellaneous
Sections.
