WHEREAS, EDCO, Inc., owes the City of Fairfax $33,533.34 in personal
property taxes, penalties and interest as of March 14, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Treasurer of the City of Fairfax and
the City Attorney of the City of Fairfax to take the appropriate legal action
to collect said personal property taxes; now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, does hereby grant the City Attorney of the City of Fairfax the
authority to take the appropriate legal action to enforce collection of
said personal property taxes, penalty and interest from EDCO, Inc.
