CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF WOODHAVEN DRIVE BETWEEN
HILL STREET AND FAIRCHESTER DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for
Local Assessment Projects" on June 10, 1967, amended June 17, 1969 and;
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been notified of
certain proposed improvements and the amount to be assessed against them
for such improvements, and a public hearing held in accordance with law
and adopted policies,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works take
the necessary action to proceed with the construction of sidewalk and
driveway entrances on Woodhaven Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected abutting property listed
below be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies
not to exceed the estimated amount shown:
