FINAL RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION
OF WOODHAVEN DRIVE BETWEEN HILL STREET AND FAIRCHESTER
DRIVE
WHEREAS, after due notice to the affected property
owners and a public hearing held in accordance with law
and adopted policies, the City Council of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, on June 14, 1988, authorized certain
improvements for which assessments may be made and
caused an abstract of a resolution showing the
estimated amount to be assessed against each landowner
to be docketed in the Clerk's office of the Circuit
Court of Fairfax County, Virginia; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works took the
necessary action and completed the construction of the
public improvements which included new sidewalk and
driveway entrances on a portion of Woodhaven Drive.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the affected
property owners listed below be assessed an amount
computed in accordance with adopted policies based on
actual project cost, but not exceeding the previously
recorded estimate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the resolution adopted
by the city Council on June 14, 1988, and recorded at
DB 7063, page 778, among the land records of Fairfax
County, Virginia, be amended to show the actual
assessment as shown below.
