A RESOLUTION REFERRING ZONING TEXT
AMENDMENTS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED on this 13th day of December , 1988, that,
pursuant to Sec. 15.1-493 of t--~Fi~--Code of Virginia, the' City Council
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia does hereby refer the following zoning
text amendments to the Planning Commission for public hearing and
recommendations, following the disposition of those amendments by the
Zoning Review Committee:
1. Ministorage Warehouse Parking Requirements;
2. Accessory Apartments in Ministorage Warehouse Developments;
3. Special Use Permit Notice Requirements;
4. Sign Regulations;
5. Provisions for Underground Utilities;
6. Residential Planned Development Regulations;
7. Housing for the Elderly Regulations;
8. Rezoning Application and Proffering Procedures;
9. Required Improvements for Site Plans.
