CITY OF~AIRFAX, VIRGINIA
FINAL RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF WESTMORE DRIVE BE-
TWEEN WILLIAM PLACE AND RUST ROAD
WHEREAS, after due notice to the affected property owners and a public
hearing held in accordance with law and adopted policies, the City Council of
the City of Fairfax, Virginia, on August 26, 1986, authorized certain improve-
ments for which assessments may be made and caused an abstract of a resolution
showing the estimated amount to be assessed against each landowner to be dock-
eted in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works took the necessary action and
completed the construction of the public improvements which included new curb
and gutter and driveway entrances on a portion of Westmore Drive.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the affected property owners listed below
be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies based on
actual project cost, but not exceeding the previously recorded estimate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the resolution adopted by the City Council on
August 26, 1986, and recorded at DB 6487, page 487, among the land records of
Fairfax County, Virginia, be amended to show the actual assessment as shown
below.
