A RESOLUTION TO DENY THE REQUEST OF WESTMORE SHOPPING CENTER ASSOCIATION TO
REZONE FROM C-2 TO C-3 WITH PROFFERS PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10927 MAIN STREET,
AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP 57-1-((24))-47A.
WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully considered the recommendation of
the Planning Commission and the staff and testimony received at public hearing;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the proposed zoning is not
consistent with the guidance contained in the Comprehensive Plan; and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed zoning is not ap-
propriate for the location;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Fairfax City Council on this
