A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION FEES FOR SIGNS TO
BE INCLUDED IN THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND LEVIES.
WHEREAS, through revision of Article II, Division 7 of the Zoning Ordinance
pertaining to signs, a Special Exception procedures has been established; and
WHEREAS, the general fee for Special Exception applications established
by City Council is excessive when applied to sign applications; and
WHEREAS, the proposed application fee for Special Exceptions for signs is
appropriate and reasonable;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia on this 23rd day of June , 1987, that the following applica-
tion fee is hereby adopted for Special Exceptions for signs and added to the
Schedule of Rates and Levies: $150.00 plus $50.00 for each additional Special
Exception requested for the subject property on the same application.
