PROSECUTION OF CHARGES OF UNREASONABLE REFUSAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax
that the city Attorney shall have the approval and authority to
institute and prosecute any violation of § 18.2-268(c) of the
Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
