RESOLUTION NO. R-86-5
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REQUEST OF EDWARD A. WYATT, CITY
MANAGER, FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION FROM THE PROVISIONS OF
SECTION 26-39.7(B) AND SECTION 26-39.2(E)OF CHAPTER 26
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
10201 MAIN STREET AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS
TAX MAP 57-t4-((2))-138 PART
WHEREAS, Edward A. Wyatt, City Manager, has submitted application No.
SE J4-86-1 requesting special exceptions to permit parking on a separate lot as per-
mitted by Section 26-39.7(B) and a waiver of setback and landscaping requirements
specified by Section 26-39.2(E); and
WHEREAS, City Council has carefully considered the application, the recom-
mendation of the staff and testimony received at the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed special exceptions
comply with the requirements established in the Zoning Ordinance for the granting of
Special Exceptions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Fairfax City Council on this 25th
day of February, 1986, that application No. SE-t~-86-1 be and hereby is approved.
