A RESOLUTION FOR THE ADOPTION OF A FEE SCHEDULE FOR SPECIAL USE
PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax pursuant to City Code Section 26-103 that the fee
schedule for applications for Special Use Permits currently
in effect shall remain in effect until such time as it is
notified by a subsequent resolution of this Council.
