WHEREAS, the City Council needs to establish a more formal reporting
system from boards and commissions, and city departments; and
WHEREAS, Council has agreed that a quarterly report of a concise nature
would meet their requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL:
1. Hereby requests a quarterly report, not to exceed one typewritten
page, be submitted to the City Council; and
2. Hereby establishes the date of the first quarterly report on 14
October, 1986.
