RESOLUTION NO. R-86-36
CITY OF FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA
RESOLUTION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON A PORTION OF WESTMORE DRIVE BETWEEN
WILLIAM PLACE AND RUST ROAD
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted "Policies and Procedures for Local
Assessment Projects" on June 20, 1967, amended June 17, 1969 and;
WHEREAS, the affected abutting property owners have been notified of
certain proposed improvements and the amount to be assessed against them for
such improvements, and a public hearing held in accordance with law and
adopted policies,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Department of Public Works take the
necessary action to proceed with the construction of curb and gutter and
driveway entrances on Westmore Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the affected abutting property listed below
be assessed an amount computed in accordance with adopted policies not to
exceed the estimated amount shown:
