A RESOLUTION TO DENY THE REQUEST OF WILLIAM E. DANIELS, TRUSTEE, TO AMEND AND
REORDAIN THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FAIRFAX BY AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP TO RECLASSIFY FROM R-3 TO C-1 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 10777 MAIN STREET AND
MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS TAX MAP PARCELS 57-1-((29))-125A PART AND
57-1-((27)) PART.
WHEREAS, William E. Daniels, Trustee, has submitted application No.
Z-709-86-1 requesting a rezoning from R-3 to C-1 for a parcel of land, con-
sisting of 1.6878 acres located at 10777 Main Street; and
WHEREAS, City Council has carefully considered the recommendation of the
Planning Commission and the staff and testimony received at public hearing;
and
WHEREAS, City Council has determined that the proposed zoning is not
appropriate for the location;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Fairfax, City Council on
this 25th day of November, 1986, that application No. Z-709-86-1 be and is
hereby denied.
