BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Fairfax,
Virginia, that the City Manager be and he.hereby is authorized
to sign an Agreement on behalf of the City of Fairfax, Virginia,
with the Department of Highways and Transportation of the
Commonwealth of Virginia for the improvement of 0.476 mile of
Pickett Road within the City of Fairfax from Colonial Avenue,
Station 96%30.19 to Route 236, Station 23~41.00, and designated
as Pickett Road, Project U0000-151-102, PE-101, C-503, and Federal
Project M-5401(169).
Adopted by the City Council at its regular meeting held this,
the 25th day of June , 1985.
