NO. R-83-14
WHEREAS, the Dulles District Supervisor of Loudoun County
has requested the City Council to consider imposing regulations
on the Goose Creek Reservoir and the Beaver Dam Creek Reservoir
properties, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has passed ordinances regulating
the Goose Creek Reservoir and the Beaver Dam Creek Reservoir
properties, and
WHEREAS, to enforce such regulations, the Goose Creek
Reservoir and the Beaver Dam Creek Reservoir should be posted
and such posting maintained,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Water and
Sewer Services is hereby directed to see that appropriate signs
are posted and maintained on the Goose Creek Reservoir and the
Beaver Dam Creek Reservoir properties in accordance with the
ordinances passed by the City Council.
