RESOLUTION
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Fairfax, Virginia desires
to present to the General Assembly proposed amendments to the Charter
of the City of Fairfax, Virginia, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the 22nd
day of November , 1983, in accordance with Virginia Code, S~ction
15.1-835.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Proposed Charter of the City of
Fairfax, Virginia, as attached hereto, is hereby adopted for presenta-
tion to the General Assembly.
