CITY OF FAIRFAX
RESOLUTION OONCERNING
THE CASE OF LONG v.
CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Longs have filed suit against the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, and against certain individually-named members of the
former and current City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, in an attempt to settle the case of Long
v. City Council, would like to reconsider the rezoning application that
is subject of the case;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Fairfax that the City Council, on its own motion, moves to reconsider
Rezoning Application Z-651-81-3, and hereby refers the Rezoning Application
to the Planning Ccmmlission.
