CITY OF FAIRFAX
RESOLUTION CONCERNING ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY OF THE
FO~{ER WARREN CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION
WHEREAS, The City Council wishes to acquire a parcel of
land belonging to the former Warren Construction Corporation,
which parcel of land is described as follows:
All that lot or parcel of land located on the south
side of Byrd Drive containing 7827 square feet and
designated as the OUTLOT on the west end of BLOCK H
as shown on the plat and survey of Warren Woods
Section Three prepared by Walter L. Ralph, C.L.S.
dated July 9, 1954, attached to a Deed of Dedication
dated December 16, 1954, on record in the Office of
the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Fairfax County in
Deed Book 1256 at Page No. 523.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Fairfax that the City Manager may accept this
parcel of land, on the City's behalf, and do all things
necessary, including paying the Grantor's tax, costs to
record the Deed, and other costs, to complete the acqui-
sition of this parcel of land.
