WHEREAS) the City Council believes it to be in the best interest of the City of
Fairfax to require a bond to secure the faithful performance of the duties of Trea-
surer) it is therefore
RESOLVED that Stephen L. Moloney~ the Treasurer of the City of Fairfax) is
required to post a bond) payable to the City of Fairfax~ in the amount of $500~000.00
with appropriate surety) to secure the faithful performance of the duties of the
Treasurer of the City of Fairfax~ and it is further
RESOLVED that the form of the bond shall be reviewed and subject to the
approval of the City Attorney.
