RESOLUTION ENDORSING EFFORTS OF
FAIRFAX COUNTY TO PROMOTE A
BETTER CONSTRUCTION SAFETY PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the
City of Fairfax, Virginia, does hereby endorse the resolu-
tion passed by the Board of Supervisors of Fairfax County,
Virginia, on December 10, 1979 to provide a better construc-
tion safety program for construction workers; and joins with
Fairfax County in petitioning the United States Occupational
Safety and Health Administration to withdraw approval of the
Virginia plan due to its inadequate safety inspection pro-
gram.
